- Use 3-4 tbsp ghee

- In a wok roast the dalia in two tbsp ghee over low heat,till it turns brown,set aside.
- In a heavy bottom wok,over medium heat the milk.
- Boil till thickness.add roasted Dalia and sugar mix well.

- Keep cooking for about 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally, scraping the sides.
- Add cocoa powder and mix well.

- Stir continuously till mixture has become like soft dough and start leaving the sides of the wok.

- Sprinkle glucose balls on the mixture and lightly press them in.
- While mixture is still warm,cut them in your choice shape.
