  1. First in a big bowl take singhare ka atta,then add coriander leaves,mashed potato, ginger,bottle gourd and sendha salt. Add about one and half cup water,mix all ingredients well and make thin batter.
  2. Now in a nonstick pan add ghee,then add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies. Now pour batter in it and stir continually,after 2-3 minutes mix will starts thicken. Add this point add ghee.Mix well.Stir continually until mix starts leaving the sides of the pan.Turn off the burner.
  3. Take a cake tin or thali.Grease it well with butter / ghee. Now pour this mix on greased tin and press it well. Keep this aside for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes mix will set. Then transfer it into another plate and cut triangle shape with it.
  5. Now take a pan,add 1 tsp ghee on it and put some triangles on it and cook from both sides. Until they becomes golden brown in colour. Singhara atta triangles is ready to serve.Serve with vrat ki chutney.
