- Get 3-4 tbsp watermelon rind
- Provide 2-3 tbsp ghee
- Use 1 tbsp sooji
- Prepare 1 tbsp besan(gram flour)
- Take 1/2 cup sugar

- You need 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Steps to make Watermelon halwa:
- Cut the rind on both edges and peel off green skin so that the white skin underneath shows.slice the rind into small pieces
- Put them in a grinder and make a puree.In a pan heat ghee add suni and besan roast on low flame till it turns brown add the water melon puree and stir on high flame till the water dries up
- Add sugar and stir add cardamom powder then pour milk and cook add chopped Dryfruits take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with dryfruits and serve
Then again peel another layer just beneath the green layer. Roughly chop the rind and add it to a grinder and make into a paste without using any water. Heat a pan and melt ghee.
