The ingredients needed to prepare Tuti fruti from water melon rind:
  1. Take As needed water melon rinds
  2. You need 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Prepare 1 cup water
  4. Take Food colour as per ur choice
  5. Provide 2 tsp Vanilla essence

  1. Take some water melon rinds and remove it's green portion. Wee only need white part from the rind. Choose it into small small piecees.
  2. Now heat water in a pan and add this chopped rinds to it let it cook atleast for 20 to 25 minutes or until it becomes transparent.
  3. Now remove it from water and keep aside to dry it completely.
  4. Mean while prepare the sugar syrup. Add sugar and water in a pan and let it cook until the sugar gets dissolve completely.
