The ingredients needed to prepare Walnut Halwa:
- Take 1 cup walnut
- Provide 1 cup milk
- Prepare 1/2 cup desi ghee
- Provide 1/2 cup sugar
- Get 1 teaspoon elaichi powder

- Soak walnuts in milk for one hour
- After one hour, take the soaked walnuts from the milk and blend corsly in a blender. Keep the remaining milk aside.
- Now take a pan add desi ghee, when the ghee is hot add the blended walnuts. And let it cook stirring constantly for ten minutes.
- Now add the remaining milk to the pan and cook stirring constantly for 15-20 mins
- When the milk evaporates add the sugar and elaichi powder and again cook stirring constantly.
- Cook till it starts leaving ghee on sides and dried enough.your walnut halwa is ready
- Take it in a serving bowl and garnish with pista powder or dryfruits.
