  2. Take 1/2 bowl singhare ka atta(water chestnuts flour)
  3. Prepare Sendha namak(rock salt) as per taste

  5. Use 1tbsp cumin seeds(jeera)
  6. You need 6-7 tbsp ghee

  8. Use 1 bowl soaked tarmarid
  9. Use As needed Sugar/jaggery as per taste
  10. Use Pinch red chilli powder
  11. Get 1/4 tbsp sendha namak(rock salt)
  12. Get Green chutney
  13. Use 1 bowl freshly chopped coriander leaves
  14. Get 1 large size tomato
  15. Prepare Small chopped ginger
Instructions to make Falahari aloo tikki:
  1. In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mash them. Then add 3 tbps of singhare ka atta(water chestnuts flour). And mix it well.
  2. Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and mix well
  3. Take a pan, add 6-7 tbps of ghee and preheat at medium flame.
  4. Now make round balls of potato stuffing and press slightly.
  5. Now add these potato tikki in pan. And fry them at medium flame from both side untill they turn golden brown. Falahari tikki is ready.
  6. For tarmarid chutney in a pan add water of soaked tarmarid, 1/4 tbps sendha namak, pinch of red chilli powder and 6-7 tbps of sugar.
  7. Give it a boil at high flame, untill it thickens to chutney consistency.
  8. For green chutney add chopped coriander leaves, sendha namak, red chilli powder, chopped tomato, chopped ginger in mixer jar and grind it to a chutney consistency.
  9. By this our falahari aloo tikki is ready to serve with tarmarid and Coriander chutney.
