- Take 80 grams gluten-free / plain flour
- Take 40 grams flaked almonds (or swap out for other dried fruit/nuts)
- Provide 50 grams glacé cherries, chopped
- Provide 50 grams mixed candied peel
- Use 50 grams dried cranberries

- Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Put the syrup, sugar and butter in a saucepan
- Melt until the sugar has completely dissolved
