The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Walnut Fudge:
  1. Get 300 grams dark Chocolate Compound
  2. Get 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  3. Get 400 grms Condensed Milk
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon Walnuts
  5. Provide 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  6. Provide 1 - 2 tbsp butter
Steps to make Chocolate Walnut Fudge:
  1. In a pan, roast chopped walnuts. Then in another pan, add in the chopped chocolate chunks, condensed milk, butter, cocoa powder and mix it all together until a smooth silky texture appears.
  2. Add in vanilla essence to the chocolate mixture and give it a final mix. Pour the chocolate fudge into a baking tray covered with butter paper and spread it out evenly.
